วีเอ็นยู เอ็กซิบิชั่นส์ เอเชีย แปซิฟิค ผู้จัดงานแสดงเทคโนโลยีและเครื่องมือสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมปศุสัตว์ ผลิตภัณฑ์นม กระบวนการแปรรูปเนื้อสัตว์ และการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ พร้อมลุยตลาดปศุสัตว์ในประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ โดยเตรียมการจัดงานสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการโดยรวมบรรดานักลงทุน บริษัทชั้นนำ หน่วยงาน สมาคม และสื่อมวลชนที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อเข้าร่วมงาน “อิลเด็กซ์ ฟอรั่ม ฟิลิปปินส์” จัดเป็นครั้งแรกที่กรุงมะนิลา ระหว่างวันที่ 27 มิถุนายน 2562 ณ ห้อง Corregidor B โรงแรมเซนจูรี่ ฟาร์ค กรุงมะนิลา ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์

จากข้อมูลของสถาบันการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ (PIDS) รายงานว่า แนวโน้มของอัตราการเติบโตภาคธุรกิจปศุสัตว์และสัตว์ปีก คาดว่าจะเติบโตขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องจนถึงทศวรรษหน้า ซึ่งการเติบโตนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งและส่งผลต่อภาพรวมของเศรษฐกิจในประเทศ แม้ว่าทางภาครัฐบาลไม่ได้เข้ามาสนับสนุนมากหนักเมื่อเทียบกับธุรกิจภาคเกษตรอื่นๆ แต่ก็ยังมีข้อบ่งชี้ชัดเจนว่า รัฐบาลฟิลิปปินส์ต้องการที่จะปฏิรูปภาคปศุสัตว์ที่มีอุปทานภายในประเทศสูงมากขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง

จึงเป็นที่มาของการริเริ่มเข้ามาจัดงานในตลาดปศุสัตว์ของประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ครั้งนี้ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเวทีแบ่งปันข่าวสารความรู้ในด้านการจัดงานธุรกิจปศุสัตว์อย่างยั่งยืน โดยเฉพาะด้านการผลิตหมูและสัตว์ปีก โดยเชิญวิทยากรจากบริษัทชั้นนำระดับโลกมาร่วมบรรยายภายในงานครั้งนี้มากถึง 3 ท่านซึ่งแต่ละวิทยากรจะมานำเสนอมุมมองที่ต่างกัน แบ่งเป็นหัวข้อตั้งแต่การเพาะพันธุ์สัตว์ การเลี้ยงสัตว์ ระบบการจัดการอาหารสัตว์และการวางแผนจัดการฟาร์ม ในหัวข้อ “การสร้างผลกำไรจากการปรับปรุงสัตว์ด้วยการผสมเทียมและพันธุศาสาตร์ที่เหมาะสม” นำเสนอโดย Chris Jackson ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการส่งออก บริษัท UKTAG เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการเกษตรและพันธุศาสาตร์ วิทยากรท่านต่อมาคือ ตัวแทนจากกลุ่มบริษัท Buhler ที่จะมาแบ่งปันในหัวข้อ “อุปกรณ์การเลี้ยงสัตว์ในฟาร์มหมูที่สามารถปรับปรุงคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์” และปิดท้ายด้วย Patrick Ty กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท Big Dutchman Philippines ที่จะมาพูดในหัวข้อ “กลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมจัดการของเสียในฟาร์มหมูอย่างยั่งยืน” ด้วยการสนับสนุนจากธนาคารท้องถิ่น งานอิลเด็กซ์ ฟอรั่ม ในครั้งนี้จึงคาดหวังที่จะต้อนรับผู้นำ นักลงทุน ในอุตสาหกรรมปศุสัตว์ที่กำลังมองหาโอกาสทางการขยายธุรกิจต่อไป

Jakarta – Bangkok, May 2019 – ILDEX Indonesia, the international Livestock, Dairy, Meat Processing, and Aquaculture Exposition will return from 18 to 20 September 2019 at ICE, Jakarta, Indonesia. The organizer, VNUE AP, has the new idea to look to the long term success of the livestock industry by establishing a new theme, namely “waste management and sustainable production” which are both key growth factors.

For decades, Indonesia has been the largest economy in Southeast Asia. The middle class is set to become a prominent force in the country because of their huge population and their strong prospects for income growth. Investors will find that Indonesia has booming demand for livestock products and an abundance of agricultural and natural resources.

As Southeast Asia’s largest country (and still the world’s fourth most populated at around 269 million people), Indonesia has witnessed a major boom in demand for livestock products such as red meat, milk, eggs and beef, and cattle. Therefore, the opportunity for the livestock business is immense and ready for all the businesspersons and investors to further explore. However, in 2014 alone, Indonesia produced 3.2 million tons of plastic waste with over 1.3 million tons of plastic ending up in rivers and oceans. With poor waste management strategies, this makes Indonesia one of the world’s largest plastic waste producers and the world’s second largest marine plastic polluter as well. In response to the waste crisis, the Indonesian Government has committed to maximizing its efforts to resolve the country’s waste issue, especially for marine debris. The Government aims to achieve a 70% decrease in waste by 2025.

The need for a proper waste management system is rapidly increasing. There are also other projects involving waste separation and regular collection to help address Indonesia’s waste crisis. These projects provide jobs, income and a cleaner environment for local communities.

Panadda Kongma, Head of the Competent Livestock Center said that ‘This is why a new “Waste Management” pavilion has been added as one of the highlights of ILDEX Indonesia. This is because we believe that in order to have a healthy business life cycle, it has to be sustainable. Sustainability means that the local community and environment have to be taken into consideration.’

In this regard, waste management and sustainable production are key to long term success for livestock investment in Indonesia. ILDEX will also maintain its focus on the Meat, Dairy, Cattle, Aquaculture, Feed, Farm production, and Animal Health business sectors.
